Free Support

BlueBridge One are the only UK NetSuite Partner to offer FREE support to all customers. This is normally a chargeable managed service. But with us, it’s free. No catch.

Our professional services and support team are based in each country location and not remotely. This means we can consistently deliver a personal, one-to-one service. Our account managers know our customers, understand their needs and respond to requests within 24 hours. By offering this service for free it means we can keep our customers happy, we are closer to any challenges they have which means we can respond to them in a proactive manner.
