| Using a NetSuite partner provides a number of benefits: (1) The customer gets an additional level of support from the partner that they would not normally get if they dealt with NetSuite directly (2) Partners tend to specialise in certain verticals and provide solutions and key knowledge around those verticals. (3) Partners are generally smaller organisations and have fewer customers making them more focused on the customers they service. |
