Electronic Signature

Is the Online Acceptance considered an “Electronic Signature”, and is the use of it legally binding per the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Signature Act”), and/or US state law modeled on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)?
