This course is designed to give NetSuite users a basic overview of JavaScript Custom Code in NetSuite. Depending on the skill level of the attendee we will cover client script or server script or both. Extend Netsuite to fit your specific business needs.

What is JavaScript? A scripting language (originally developed by Netscape Inc.) that allows interaction within HTML pages.
What is NetSuite’s JavaScript? NetSuite provides its own flavor of JavaScript API which can be used to perform validations and calculations on NetSuite forms. JSCC, Custom Code, JavaScript in the NetSuite world can be used interchangeably. JSCC is only client side. Only form level - No link to the back end server or database.
