  • A new "In My List" checkbox appears at the top of lead, prospect, customer, project, contact, supplier, partner and employee records.
  • Employees can check or uncheck this field to add or remove the record from their MyList view.

Description:

As the number of records in your NetSuite account grows so does the task of managing them.  This SuiteExtender enables Users to easily maintain a personally selected subset of leads, prospects, customers, projects, contacts, suppliers and partners.

A simple "In My list" checkbox on each record allows each User to indicate whether the record should be included in their personal MyList view or not.  When viewing lists of records each User can select the "MyList" view to see only those records they have opted to include in their MyList view without affecting access rules as established a the "Role" level security setup.

Personal Lists enables Users to focus on a subset of records they wish to view without having to build complex custom saved searches.
