The Multiple Transaction Mailer SuiteExtender saves time by enabling NetSuite users to send multiple transactions or saved attachments in a single email.
How it works:
From the standard "messages" tab in in NetSuite you have the option to "Email multiple". This option allows you to select receipients from your contact list (including CCs), select transactions (with further options to - filter the transactions by transaction type, a to and from date, include open transactions only, include a statement and limit transactions to the customer record you currently have open) and then select any attachments from your file NetSuite file cabinet. You can also include a message in the body of the email and preview it before it is sent out. Once sent a copy of the message is then retained on the "messages" tab as is standard in NetSuite. |
