Description:

Individual customers often have different preferred transaction delivery requirements. Some prefer email, some prefer print, while other prefer faxed documents. If you need to set individual requirements per customer then you need this SuiteExtender!

With this SuiteExtender you will be able to:

1. Set your companies preferred method for sending transactions by choosing one of three optional delivery methods. The optional methods are Email, Print or Fax.

2. Set each customers preferred method of delivery. Whenever your customers’ place an order their invoice is sent according to their preferred delivery method. If the customer doesn’t have any preference set, the SuiteExtenders will automatically do the following.

If you have:

1.Preferred Delivery Method 1 set to EMAIL – The transaction will be automatically Emailed to the customer. If the customer doesn’t have an email address set the SuiteExtender will try Method 2.

2. Preferred Delivery Method 2 set to FAX - The transaction will be automatically. If the customer doesn’t have a Fax number entered the SuiteExtender will try Method 3.

3. Preferred Delivery Method 3 set to PRINT - The transaction will be automatically sent to the bulk printing queue in Netsuite ready to be processed by your printer.

The SuiteExtender can also control whether transactions are automatically sent when being Created or Edited. If this is not set then transactions are only sent when To Be Emailed, To Be Faxed or To Be Printed are ticked.

For increased usability whilst Creating or Editing a transaction in Netsuite this SuiteExtender will easily let you “Save Send” the transaction with the click of one button. If you are Viewing an existing transaction you can now easily send this transaction by clicking a “Send” button.

To do a bulk send of transactions rather than send them individually you can navigate to the Bill Sales Orders page   where you can Mark All transactions to be Emailed or Printed. Again this will follow each customer’s preferred delivery option. If that’s not set then your Company Preferred Delivery Method will be used.
