The Conference Call/Event Link gives you the option of automatically setting up a conference call as you create an event record in NetSuite.
Simply check the conference call option on any NetSuite event record you are creating and the SuiteExtender will do the rest setting up your conference call by automatically sending out an email notification of the meeting together with the conference call details to all selected event attendees.
The Conference Call/Event Link SuiteExtender uses Voicemeeting.co.uk for managing the conference call. Charges are 5p per minute. Voicemeeting is accessible from the UK and Worldwide.
